Brand New Items Standard Return Policy: Any brand new product purchased from Winter-Warehouse may be returned within 30 days for credit to card (to the card originally used), as long as it is unused, tags attached, and in its original condition.Once an item is used, bindings installed, scratched, soiled it is NOT returnable.  We do extend the 30 day policy for the Holidays. Any brand new product purchased from Winter-Warehouse between Oct/16 and Dec/31, may be returned by Jan/31.  You must obtain a return authorization via email from support@winter-warehouse.com. Returns shipped without authorization will not be accepted. Refused packages will incur a return shipping fee.

Used Items (At time of purchase) Return Policy: Any used product purchased from Winter-Warehouse may be returned within 7 days for credit to card (to the card originally used) as long as it is unused, tags attached, and in its original condition.

Restocking Cost: Winter Warehouse offers FREE (NO MINIMUM) Ground Shipping on your initial order within the Cont. United States. No Sales Tax outside California. Because we offer no minimum Free shipping and lowest prices on the planet we must charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. We love all the sports you do, and want to earn and keep your business. We are here to help and know that only the best customer service and policies will suffice. Thank you for your understanding.

Pack and seal your pre-paid return securely (in the original package if possible) and include the return authorization email. Packages must be returned customer pre-paid ; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, please use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for shipments.

Processing your return or exchange can take 2 to 3 weeks from the time it is received. All credits will be placed on the original payment method. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
