To make the process painless and go as fast as possible we don't do exchanges. You will just do a straight return of your item if you are still eligible.(follow link below) Then, simply re-order the item you want with our free shipping and, we will ship out ASAP. This is super fast! You wont have to wait for us to get your item back, then ship your new exchange item back to you.

 

Brand New Items Return Policy:

Any brand new item purchased from Winter-Warehouse may be returned within 30 days of receipt for credit to card (to the card originally used), as long as it is unused, tags attached, and in its original condition.Once an item is used, bindings installed, scratched, soiled it is NOT returnable. Returns shipped without authorization will not be accepted. Refused packages will incur a return shipping fee.

 You must notify us in writing of any damaged items within 48 hours of package delivery. Returns claims will be denied without written notice within the 48 hour period.

 Christmas Gift Return Policy-We do extend the 30 day policy for the Holidays on new items. If purchasing as a Christmas gift, you need to email us at support@winter-warehouse.com with "Christmas Gift and order #" In the subject title within 24hours of placing order. Only brand new product purchased from Winter-Warehouse between Nov/1 and Dec/31, may be returned by Jan/15, if you email us, as instructed above within 24 hours. Once we reply to this email your time extension will be valid.

Used Items (At time of purchase) Return Policy:

Note* This is only a used item sold "as used" on our website. Any "used" item purchased from Winter-Warehouse may be returned within 7 days of receipt for credit to card (to the card originally used) as long as it is in its original condition.

 You must notify us in writing of any damaged items within 48 hours of package delivery. Returns claims will be denied without written notice within the 48 hour period.

 

Restocking Cost:

Winter Warehouse offers FREE (NO MINIMUM) Ground Shipping on your initial order within the Cont. United States. Because we offer no minimum free shipping and very low we must charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. Please understand without this, we could not stay in business. We are here to help and know that only the best customer service and policies will suffice. Thank you for your understanding.

 

How soon will I get my refund ?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10-14 business days from when we receive item back.

 

Back orders

If an item that you ordered is temporarily out of stock, it will be back ordered.

Back ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
