To make the process painless and go as fast as possible we don't do exchanges. You will just do a straight return of your item if you are still eligible.(follow link below) Then, simply re-order the item you want with our free shipping and, we will ship out ASAP. This is super fast! You wont have to wait for us to get your item back, then ship your new exchange item back to you.

 

Brand New Items Return Policy:

Any brand new item purchased from Winter-Warehouse may be returned within 30 days of receipt for credit to card (to the card originally used), as long as it is unused, tags attached, and in its original condition.Once an item is used, bindings installed, scratched, soiled it is NOT returnable. Note- We are not responsible for Size, Fit, or color related issues. Its best if you try on the brand you are buying before ordering from us. Note* 20% Restocking Fees and all Shipping Fees to be paid by buyer. Returns shipped without authorization will not be accepted. Refused packages will incur a return shipping fee.

Christmas Gift Return Policy-We do extend the 30 day policy for the Holidays on new items. If purchasing as a Christmas gift, you need to email us at support@winter-warehouse.com with "Christmas Gift and order #" In the subject title within 24hours of placing order. Only brand new product purchased from Winter-Warehouse between Nov/1 and Dec/31, may be returned by Jan/ 7th, if you email us, as instructed above within 24 hours. Once we reply to this email your time extension will be valid.

Return Policy: No Returns on USED Items !

USED Items are sold AS IS, No Returns,  Final sale. This is a used item sold "as used" on our website.  Also note- sometimes the cost of shipping fees inbound & outbound and restocking fees will out weigh the cost of used items. Note- We are not responsible for Size, Fit, Condition, or color related issues. Its best if you try on the brand you are buying before ordering from us.

Restocking Cost: 

 Due to the very high cost of shipping and tariffs/ taxes imposed we must charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. Please understand without this, we could not stay in business. At the low prices we offer, our profit margins are very low. We are here to help and know that only the best customer service and policies will suffice. Thank you for your understanding.

 

How soon will I get my refund ?

  • The approval process can take 3-5 business days to get approval )Longer during holidays)
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10-14 business days from when we receive item back.
  • Note- We can only issue refunds to the same credit you placed your order with. Or we can issue a winter-warehouse.com store credit

 

Back orders

If an item that you ordered is temporarily out of stock, it will be back ordered.

All orders will ship on the next working day following order placement. USPS typically takes 4-10 working days to any Canadian address. Please allow one day to process your order. OVERSEAS INTL. SHIPPING/CUSTOMS

WE WILL SHIP TO YOU!!! Due to recent problems with credit card fraud overseas, we can no longer accept credit cards from certain countries. You will be informed by e-mail after placing your order whether or not we can accept your credit card. Sorry for any inconvenience.

It's almost impossible to determine the exact rates for overseas shipments, however the guidelines below will give you a good idea of how much the shipment will cost. When you place an order, we will e-mail you a quote for shipping. We will send your shipment as soon as you confirm to us that the shipping quote is acceptable.

We can usually ship up to three snowboards and bindings in the same box for the same price. So get some friends together to save on shipping. Smaller items can be shipped by regular mail for less (this can take up to 6 weeks for delivery).

For most destinations in Europe, Asia, the Orient or Australia, a snowboard and bindings will cost about $147.00 US to ship. It is not necessary to clear your shipment through customs, however YOU WILL BE CHARGED any applicable TAXES and DUTIES charged by the delivery company when they deliver the shipment to your home. The shipment will take four to six business days from the time we confirm your order.

CANADA SHIPPING/CUSTOMS

CANADA GROUND SHIPMENTS; Ground shipments to Canada usually take about 4 to 5 business days from the day they leave our warehouse, but they could take as long as 10 days to BC, NF or very rural locations. Please allow one day to process your order. We can not guarantee that your shipment will arrive on any exact date.It is not necessary to clear your shipment through customs, however YOU WILL BE CHARGED any applicable TAXES and DUTIES charged by the delivery company when they deliver the shipment to your home.

RETAIL SNOWBOARD EQUIPMENT PURCHASE RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT. BY ACCEPTING THIS ORDER FROM THIS DOCUMENT YOU MAY WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE

To WWW.WINTER-WAREHOUSE.COM, SYMBOLIC SNOWBOARDS, their owners, officers, directors, agents, employees and/or representatives:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK/WARNING: I am aware that snowboarding involves certain inherent risks, dangers and hazards which can result in serious personal injury or death. I am also aware that SNOWBOARD BOOT/BINDING SYSTEMS ARE NOT DESIGNED OR INTENDED TO RELEASE. I hereby freely agree to assume and accept any and all known and unknown risk of injury while using this equipment. I further recognize and acknowledge that the risk inherent in the sport of snowboarding can be greatly reduced by taking lessons, riding within my abilities and using common sense at all times.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS AGREEMENT

In consideration of the sale to me of the listed snowboard equipment on my order/orders, I hereby agree as follows:

1. TO ACCEPT FOR USE AS IS,base /bottoms may differ. the equipment described in this agreement from my order/orders from WWW.WINTER-WAREHOUSE.COM, SYMBOLIC SNOWBOARDS; 2. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may have in the future against WWW.WINTER-WAREHOUSE.COM, SYMBOLIC SNOWBOARDS SNOWBOARD/BINDING MANUFACTURE; 3. TO RELEASE WWW.WINTER-WAREHOUSE.COM, SYMBOLIC SNOWBOARDS AND SNOWBOARD/BINDING MANUFACTURE from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense that I may suffer, or that my next of kin may suffer, as a result of my use of the equipment described in this Agreement, due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence or breach of contract on the part of WWW.WINTER-WAREHOUSE.COM, SYMBOLIC SNOWBOARDS SNOWBOARD/BINDING MANUFACTURE in the design, manufacture, selection, installation, maintenance or adjustment of the equipment; U.S.A Shipments.

ARBITRATION: in further consideration of the sale to me of the listed equipment on my order/orders, I herby agree submit to binding arbitration any and all claims which I believe I may have against  AND SNOWBOARD/BINDING MANUFACTURE arising from any use of the listed snowboarding equipment on my order/orders. The arbitration shall be pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The submission to the American Arbitration Association shall be unlimited and the arbitration award may be enforced by any Court of competent jurisdiction. Arbitration shall be commenced within (1) year from the date of which any alleged claim first arose. Further, the arbitration shall be held in San Diego, California, unless otherwise mutually agreed to by all the parties.


BINDING EFFECT OF AGREEMENT

In the event of my death or incapacity, this Agreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns and representatives.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: In entering into this Agreement, I am not relying upon any oral or written representations other than what is set forth in this Agreement and the Snowboard/ Binding manufacturer instruction manual provided with this equipment if any.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND I AM AWARE THAT ACCEPTANCE OF THIS PRODUCTS FROM MY ORDER/ORDERS BY SIGNING FOR PACKAGE I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE WWW.WINTER-WAREHOUSE.COM, SYMBOLIC SNOWBOARDS AND SNOWBOARD/BINDING MANUFACTURE.
